Returns & Refunds

  • Perishable items (such as fresh or frozen products) are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

  • Non-perishable items can be returned within X days of purchase, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within X days of delivery with photos of the product.

  • We will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within X business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error.
